I have ALWAYS had friends older than me.
I danced with a group older than me when I was little, and then I always went up classes in elementary school, so my friends were always at least a year older.
And then in high school, it was the same way for the most part.
Until senior year, when all of my older friends were gone, and I became friends with a lot of underclassmen.
But now that I’m in college, I truly wonder how people still hang out with people that are like… SEVERAL years younger than them?
Like junior/seniors in high school if you’re in college, is about as far as I’ll go.
There’s no way I could hang out with anyone who is like 16 and younger…. Unless like, they were…. substantially more mature than they should be. In which case, probably still not, because…. WHY ARE YOU SO MATURE THEN?
I’M NOT COMPLAINING, ANON.
I just don’t understand how people do that. WHAT DO YOU HAVE IN COMMON? HOW DO YOU NOT GET ANNOYED WITH HOW YOUNG AND IMMATURE THEY ARE? RIDDLE ME THIS.
